Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our first concern at Pink Cloud. Our goal is to satisfy your requirements and expectations by offering you top-notch products. To preserve your piece of mind, we provide a thorough Refund Policy if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packing. Proof of purchase is necessary.

Refund claims for services must be submitted within 14 days of the service date. We may seek comments in order to better understand the issue and improve our products.

Process of Refund

Provide your order number and the reason for the refund when contacting our customer service department at store@pinkcloud.com. The following stages will be guided by our staff. 

Unless the item is damaged, consumers are liable for the shipping costs when a return is necessary. We advise getting shipment insurance or use a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, it will be processed in 4-5 business days, and your credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. 

Please note that the processing of refunds and time may vary depending on your bank and credit card issuer. 

Pink Cloud reserves the right to refuse refunds for damaged and custom-made products.
